GLEN D'SOUZA - LICENSING MANAGER

Glen has been with Demon since 2001, having gained several years licensing experience at BMG Music Publishing and EMI Records. Responsible for supervising acquisition of licenses for own product, and 3rd party while being actively involved in the licensing of music to audio-visual projects (synchronisation), premiums, catalogue acquisitions, budget reporting and promotion of Demon website to 3rd parties for potential representation.

MATTHEW JONES - LICENSING IN MANAGER

Matthew joined Demon Music Group in 2007, having worked in publishing for several years at BMG Music Publishing and Warner Music Group Publishing.

Matthew is responsible for the licensing in of all 3rd party repertoire used on any DMG release. Matthew should be your first point of enquiry for anything to do with licensing material to DMG.

BEN DUKE - LICENSING EXECUTIVE

Ben started in the music industry in 2008 working for Sony Music's licensing department across a wide range of albums, both licensing in and licensing out. Ben joined the licensing department at Demon in 2011 and deals with licensing in, licensing out and renewals of Demon product and catalogues.

ADRIAN SEAR - COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR

Adrian has worked in the Music Industry for 30 years. After working in retail and for Charisma Records in sales, he joined A&M Records initially in Sales, later in National Radio/TV Promotions, running the Department as Director from 1979-1985. He progressed to Polydor Records as Promotions Director and in 1988 became a Director/Shareholder of China Records until its sale to Warner Music in 1999.

That same year he became Commercial Director of Demon Music Group the Music Division of 2|Entertain. His responsibilities include the overseeing of all Licensing operations, New Business ventures and Catalogue Acquisition.

MICHAEL NEIDUS - TV & COMMERCIAL MANAGER

Michael joined Demon in 1997 and has worked in the Music Industry for 25 years starting out at Polydor before joining the 'oldies' record label Old Gold in the late-80s and Pioneer's audio/visual division a few years later. He then joined Sound & Media, which outside the record stores, was Richard Branson's first music/record company venture following the sale of Virgin Records to EMI.

He has been involved in many areas of Demon's business over the last ten years, most recently having responsibility for our frontline Artists on DMGTV. 

Michael still manages the day-to-day management of the TV projects but has now added Catalogue Acquisition and New Business ventures to his responsibilities..
