The new Oliver Sim 12″ vinyl “Fruit” features a Del Shannon sample on the track “Sensitive Child”, and will also feature on the forthcoming Oliver Sim album “Hideous Bastard” to be released 9th September 22.  The track sampled is the 1966 Del Shannon 7″ single “Break Up”  produced by Harry Balk, one of the early movers and shakers of the Detroit music scene, as a manager, record producer and label owner.
